1. Who operates this website
This website at www.srisanth.in is the personal professional portfolio of Dinesh SriSanth Adari, based in Andhra Pradesh, India. In these terms, ‘I’, ‘me’ and ‘my’ refer to him; ‘you’ refers to the person using the website. Questions and notices can be sent to hi@srisanth.in.
References to Cruxy AI, mycrux, FervorChain, clients or previous employers describe professional work. This portfolio does not itself offer those companies’ products, create an account with them, or replace their separate contracts and policies.
2. What these terms cover
These terms cover the public portfolio, background pages, downloadable resumes, SI (Srisanth Intelligence), email verification, returning references and contact forms. The privacy and cookies pages explain data handling separately; optional analytics consent is a separate choice.
Public information is available without a verified session. When you choose to use the interactive features, you are asked to acknowledge these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use those features. You can still contact me by email. No paid subscription, purchase, payment processing or professional engagement is created by this website.
3. Eligibility and accurate information
Interactive verification, SI and contact features are intended for adults aged 18 or over who can lawfully communicate about professional matters. Do not use another person’s identity or email address. If you act for an organisation, only make statements you are authorised to make.
Public pages are not age-restricted. I do not ask for government identification, date of birth or location tracking to browse this portfolio. Please do not submit children’s personal information or sensitive information through interactive features.
4. Verification and private references
Verification confirms access to an email inbox at that time. It is not proof of a person’s legal identity, employer, country, age or authority. The name and country you enter are self-reported.
Email codes expire after 10 minutes, are bound to the browser requesting them and are invalidated after five incorrect attempts. New visible references use SNTH-R- plus six characters. They require your email and a new code to sign in. A separate high-entropy session credential remains in an HttpOnly cookie. Legacy private references remain sensitive credentials until expiry.
Forgotten references can be replaced after another email verification where a recoverable profile exists. A new verification rotates the hidden session credential. Signing out revokes that credential. The visible short reference is retained while the profile is recoverable. Older, expired or unavailable profiles may require a new introduction. Contact ticket IDs are not sign-in credentials.
A reference does not preserve or restore SI conversation history. Service interruptions, email filtering, rate limits and third-party failures can prevent verification or delivery. Contact hi@srisanth.in if the website cannot complete your request.
5. What SI does and does not do
SI offers optional generative AI on supported devices using a browser-managed local model, with public portfolio facts as context. It can discuss project fit and analyse supported attachments. Basic curated portfolio answers remain available without the model. It is automated, can make mistakes, and does not represent a live conversation or authority to make commitments.
SI cannot send messages on your behalf, accept an offer, make a hiring decision, quote binding fees, book meetings, enter a contract or guarantee availability. Public facts may become out of date. Confirm important details directly with me before relying on them.
6. Messages and professional engagements
Submitting a contact message authorises its processing and email delivery as described in the privacy policy. A success receipt means the delivery provider accepted the owner notification; it does not guarantee inbox placement, a response, or any particular response time.
A conversation, acknowledgement or ticket reference does not create an employment, advisory, partnership, fiduciary or client relationship. Any project scope, deliverables, compensation, confidentiality obligations or professional appointment must be agreed separately in writing.
Do not send passwords, private keys, financial credentials, health records, government identifiers, confidential employer material or unsolicited proprietary documents. If confidential discussion is needed, request an appropriate channel first.
7. Responsible use
Use the website lawfully and respect the people and systems involved. These terms do not prohibit ordinary accessibility tools, reasonable search indexing or private evaluation of public information.
- Do not impersonate others, send spam, harass people or submit content you have no right to disclose.
- Do not guess, steal or reuse other people’s verification codes, references or admin credentials.
- Do not bypass rate limits, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with availability or access non-public data.
- Do not use the contact or email system for bulk messages or unauthorised marketing.
- If you find a security issue, send a minimal, non-destructive report to hi@srisanth.in; do not access or publish other people’s data.
8. Intellectual property and your submissions
You may read, link to, download and print the original public resumes for legitimate personal or professional evaluation. Do not alter a resume and present the altered copy as an original, misrepresent my endorsement, or use names and logos in a misleading way.
Ownership of project brands, third-party material and software remains with their respective owners. Source code, if separately published, is governed by its stated repository licence. No broader commercial licence is granted merely by visiting this website.
You retain rights in material you submit. You permit the limited processing, transmission and retention reasonably needed to verify your email, receive and respond to your message, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. This is not permission to sell your content or train a general-purpose AI model on it.
9. Third-party links and translations
External project, social, document and translation services operate under their own terms and policies. Their availability, content and security are outside my direct control.
The language menu can translate public text on this page using a supported browser’s on-device translator. Browser support and individual language availability vary. A language-model download may be needed. Translation may change meaning, omit nuance or use inappropriate idioms. It is provided for convenience, not as a professionally reviewed localisation or legal translation. Use the original website for private verification, SI, contact and original PDFs; ask for clarification where wording matters. Nothing here overrides mandatory language or consumer rights.
10. Availability and reasonable limitations
The portfolio is provided free of charge on an ‘as available’ basis. Features can be corrected, changed, restricted or retired for operational, security or legal reasons. There is no promise of uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, permanent storage, a specific search ranking or a particular result.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, I am not responsible for indirect losses or decisions based solely on unconfirmed portfolio information. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, fraud or other non-excludable responsibility. A separately signed engagement agreement governs any paid work.
11. Applicable law and resolving concerns
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes; nothing in this page removes a jurisdiction or remedy that applicable law requires.
Please first explain a concern to hi@srisanth.in so I can investigate and try to resolve it. You do not have to waive a statutory complaint, regulator contact or other legal right to do so.
12. Changes and contact
The update date identifies this version. Material changes to interactive terms will be highlighted where reasonably practicable; a new acknowledgement may be requested. Optional analytics consent can be changed independently at any time in Cookie preferences.
